Our average turnaround time is 4–6 weeks. Depending on current workload and project volume, turnaround times may extend to 8–10 weeks. We will provide an estimated completion timeline at the time of your order.

All custom screens and soft goods products are covered by a 2-year warranty on materials and a 3-year warranty on craftsmanship. If you experience any issues covered under the warranty, please contact us so we can review the concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Custom screens and soft goods are made specifically for each customer and, therefore, are not eligible for return or refund. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us. We are happy to discuss the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
